Through project and process management, we wish that our customers are left with gains that is measurable and sustainable.

By conducting good management of projects and processes, Vince wants to contribute usefulness in a defined ROI for our customers. For Vince, this means that the goals must be measurable so that we ensure the benefits the customer are requesting. Both on a strategic and operational level. In projects, Vince can contribute with a micro-ROI to measure the defined usefulness. This can include measuring an activity or process before a change are implemented, and benchmark the implementation after a change. Then realization of benefits will be a regular topic in the project.
